Jill never disappoints.

Jill Shalvis is one of only a few writers who can pull off strong secondary character sub-plots. I usually get lost amid the chaos some writers allow to happen, but Jill manages to keep the main characters in focus throughout the story. Great story, believable protagonists and fun pups.
