The storyline was alright but the narration was painful. pauses and emphasis where it was more distracting than how the book should flow.

A better read then a listen.

I like the story and the MCs but I had a problem with the narrator. His voice is good but the way he read the story was distracting. For a greater part of the book he spoke like a spoof of William Shatner. Speaking a few words then pausing like he was out of breath. Breaking sentences up and making it extremely distracting. By the the end of the story he was getting a little better. I hope he is better in the next book of the series

Great story! just had a hard time following the narrator when he switched between Lucky and Dom. But his voice made it well worth the few minutes of confusion when he switched.
