À propos de cet audio

Andrew Aziz describes technology, strategy, and psychology as the three essential pillars of successful trading, and he knows that the psychological aspects of trading are the most likely to be underestimated or even ignored. He wrote Mastering Trading Psychology to help traders enhance their understanding of this crucial pillar of trading and to strengthen their "mental skills" in order to maximize their performance.

This practical and highly entertaining book takes its listeners inside the minds of ordinary retail traders who contributed more than 175 accounts of their successes, their failures, their joys, their struggles, and, most of all, what they have learned as traders. Some are experienced, but many are relative beginners. They represent an intriguing diversity in terms of where they live, their ages, their levels of education, their everyday jobs, and how they tell their stories. All are members of Andrew's trading community, and their enthusiastic response to his invitation to share their experiences and insights was overwhelming. Complemented by Andrew's explanatory text, the stories are told in the contributors' own words, minimally edited for length, clarity, and privacy.

Great listen, Great Info

I enjoyed listening to the book. I find it to be insightful and a good summary of BBT members trading experience. I would have preferred less repeatation of certain topics.

Great book but some repeatation

Lots of good advice. Disliked that some sections were copy+pasted from previous book though.

Great book

This book gives great insight into the struggles of traders, their mindset in various stages of their trading careers, and the overall psychology of trading as a profession. I definitely recommend this book.

Thoroughly enjoyed as the book guide you through the mindset of a successful trader. It can be revisited from time to time as your psych wound off the path to be able to trade another day.

Excellent book to guide you through the mind game of trading

I found this book to be pretty basic, don't know exactly what I was looking for however all of the examples that were given from the testimonials really drove home that I am on a successful path.

Pretty basic... but hit the nail on the head.

Provides decent general information, but constantly pushes their subscription service, which feels unnecessary and distracting. Would be better if they focused more on helping users than upselling.

Solid General Knowledge Undermined by Shameless Subscription Push

i was gonna write something after the brain frying 35 minute introduction making promises of what this book would be. 35 minutes of fluff. but held off.

chapter 1 was a continuation of dribble drabble and re-telling stories from author’s prior books. now chapter 2 is again regurgitating old stories and content from author’s prior books. guess i paid $15 for a greatest hits compilation.

how many times do we need to hear this damn Dave Mustain story? and even worse, the Beatles story? good enough for 1 book, but not for 2.

sorry brother, i was a fan of advanced techniques (was actually taking a break from my 3rd listen there to check this one out), but so far this one’s just a money grab. damn i wanted to love it.

what is this? a Simpsons greatest hits episode?

Too much sharing posts from his “community” members and not enough meat. There are many good reminders though so not a total waste although there are better books out there about the subject.

Not really bad but not really good either
