Not what I expected, but go on
I grew up with these stories as a kid, so I am pretty familiar with story from the bible. When I chose this book I thought it would be a little more like gladiator. Due to the good character development and perspective of the Roman general throughout the story, I liked it all the same.

Great story!
I loved this book, with a great story inspired by a background of biblical events. The narrator was amazing, giving a distinct personality to each character.
