Exceptional Book

I originally bought the hard copy of this book and I was addicted to reading it. However, it’s textbook sized and I’m not a strong reader so I decided to purchase the audio version. This made it MUCH easier to learn the information, I went through the book in a month! Not only that but the voice is really calming which made it easy to listen to. 😂 As someone with ADD, audio books are a life saver!

As far as the information, this book blows all “medical books” out of the water. There is no finger on the scale or a doctor trying to put their name on a theory. It’s totally unbiased and designed to help you heal and understand what’s going on with chronic illness. I would personally recommend his first book, “medical medium” first, as it explains a lot more background of how he came to be and more about viral related illness. Liver rescue covers more bacterial related illness and health issues that tie to the liver. It’s a true eye opener!

You do not need to have chronic illness to read this book! It is crucial information that teaches us how to cares for our bodies (specifically our livers) and subsequently prevent illness. This is relevant information that everyone and anyone should know. I hope this review helps!

I was also able to heal my chronic fatigue, cystic acne and brain fog with medical medium information when doctors couldn’t help me.

As I get closer and closer to 70 years old, I continually look for ways and concepts to remain healthy and fit. My friend introduced me to the Medical Medium a few years back. I didn't listen to her but I did buy his book on Celery. It sat on my bookshelf up until now. I even went as far as to buy a juicer, but it remained in the box until I read Liver Rescue.
I had a bout of Vertigo in September and I had 2 sores that would not heal. I attributed it to not exercising enough, so I got out my runners and started walking. It wasn't enough. Last week my chiropractor adjusted me and I got Vertigo again. He said, your liver is the problem. My liver?? so I went researching and came across the Medical Medium, Liver Rescue. I downloaded and listened to the entire book. This book has changed my entire way of looking at food. Things I thought were good for me are not, and things I thought were okay, are amazing, like apples. I've started the cleanse and I'm very happy I found this book. One last thing, I thought I knew pretty much everything about being healthy and staying healthy, I was wrong, dead wrong,
There is a review here about 'the end of the book getting weird' The reader obviously didn't understand who the author is or what he does, and there is no way he understood the content either. This information is nowhere else, only through him.
