I have several meditations in audio format. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s voice fits very well in my ear, and his message is always spot-on. This meditation is an excerpt from a book of the same name, and it’s great to have the option to “re read” the full book and to have the meditation in a “book” of its own for easy access.
