interesting book
I enjoyed this audio book. I can't say that I'll use all of the tips or that I've even participated in all of the kinds of meetings described, however the author definitely gave me something to think about.

Too generic
It was really generic / didn’t seem to apply to my work/industry very well. It also felt very buzzwordy. My key takeaways are to cut meeting times in half since meetings expand to take the time allotted, invite only the minimum number of people, have an agenda with prework/purpose, have someone drive the meeting, and make sure to summarize decisions/action items at the end of the meeting.

My meetings won't suck!
I was fortunate to hear Cameron speak in person at a conference in Minneapolis a few months ago. He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to understand and practical.
