Good but frustrating

overall it was enjoyable & well read. At times it went overboard in the poetic romance/love/ family vein. & what about the treasure. they spend yrs finding it , taking plenty of pages in several books. Then wam bam , treasure found & in the bank. Not to be mentioned again through the rest of the book.
