Wrong Mind over Mood - would not recommend

Dang, I should have read the review above because I too thought it was the Dennis Greenberg version and it's just a bunch of theory and no actionable advice.
really not very helpful if your looking to do anything but read for the sake of learning some random info.

Not Mind Over Mood by Dennis Greenberger

Accidentally purchased this thinking it was an audio version of Mind Over Mood by Dennis Greenberger. The content was interesting but seemed to be an assortment of refereces and quotes from scientific journals/magazines. The female voice sounded fake and off-putting. Could barely listen to it when she came on. Returned as soon as I realized my error.
