Excellent, practical advice and an interesting story

I wasn’t sure about this book at the start, because I thought I was about to be subjected to several hours of fluff. Turns out, I found it incredibly useful and will likely listen to it a few times. I believe it’s a great summary of the current psychology of success. The study of the Apollo mission control team’s psychology reveals many concrete examples of teamwork and individual improvement that are easily applied to the listener’s own life. Very happy with the purchase.
