The bad boy and the good girl done to perfection! There was an intensity to both of them, but also a lightheartedness when they allowed themselves to just feel and not think. Their chemistry was there from the start, and it only got more intense!

Not one of TB’s strongest in my opinion and unfortunately the narrators did not do it any favours. The male doing the female speaking parts was especially grating. The characters were meh, and the story didn’t grab me. Spice level wasn’t even up to par.

I have read a lot of Tessa Bailey & at cringey times I can power through. This was a tough listen. The male chapters made this audiobook a tough finish. Between the male talking in a female voice for olive’s dialogue and only having an accent for Rory’s dialogue and nothing else not even the other brothers - I could hardly stand listening to Rory’s POV. If the audio book wasn’t awful maybe the cringe would be ok but I also found it challenging to get past Rory’s fixation on olive being “too young”. It was a major ick. All paired with a kind of bland plot with no real excitement or conflict.
