My only complaint is the performance. When speaking as a man it's like someone with laryngitis.

Maybe it’s just how my mind works (or doesn’t work) but I really had a hard time getting my mind around who was talking at any given time, Referring to the “male” voice as she and the “female” voice as he. If they just spoke I think it would have been easier for me to figure it out for myself.

this could have been a great story butthere was so much mean nasty fighting between the 2 main characters that it got annoying. also starting off the book with the 'hero' getting a bj from his mistress was a bit much. tge narrator did a terrible job of the male characters, so scratchy,they all sounded like they were over 80.

In the beginning. I had a hard time understanding what was happening and who was who, but it became apparent soon enough. Good intrigue and likeable characters. My first KA read. Looking forward to other books.
