a fun romp, interesting ideas

i enjoyed this idea of how Mycroft became the Mycroft of the Sherlock canon. It does not read like a Sherlock Holmes mystery, but then the story is not told through Watson's voice, so don't use that as a jumping point. I look forward to listening to the next one from this writing team. Perhaps the only thing that felt obligatory was the "black" perspective given that it is Kareem Abdul Jabbar's project, but still I learned a lot and it was interesting.

Holmes demise has been greatly exaggerated!!

The author did not trade on his fame but rather on the wonderful skill of raising the dead for surely Sherlock was all but complete...before this fantastic story was complete. A perfect partner to Fry's Sherlock. LOVE IT!!
