Megan: I wasn't supposed to end up in an outlaw biker's bed. I wasn't supposed to love it. I definitely wasn't supposed to crave his fiery kisses, beg for his touch, or ache to know the man behind the evil-looking ink and scarred smirk.

I was the good girl. He was the monster. Then everything changed. I became a prisoner. I prayed for Skin to save me. He did - and he kept me for himself.

Skin: I went psycho when I saw her in that dirty whorehouse. She's everything I never wanted, a spitfire with a body meant for claiming.

Then she told me her secret, and I almost needed a straitjacket. I saved her life instead. I gave her a second chance.

I know she's a marked woman, caught between my club and the bastards I killed. Damn if I won't make her wear my name, even if she's trouble on two long legs I can't stop picturing wrapped around me. I'll brand her, bed her, own her, no matter how much hell I'll pay.

Contains mature themes.

Excellent narration, Love these two together!! Decent book but not a fav. I'm hoping the next in the series is better. It hooked my interest until the end but there was a bit too much violent drama and BS for my liking...needed more in the storyline to make it all more believable and fill in some gaps. Decent bad boy vibes and some steamy scenes!! I must say I love the love-at-first-sight cheesy stuff! Good HEA!!

Exactly what you would see in a TV mc show. Drama!

*minor Spoilers*

I found it hard to like female lead for a large portion of the book. The story seemed very shallow, along with a few thing just not adding up. For an MC romance story, the male leads connection with his "brothers" is less than desirable. His two friends seem to be the only real connection, yet through their actions, it doesn't seem deep. So it makes it hard to stand behind the typical MC is my life and blood life he leads. Ugh the victim shaming and blaming.

Great performance, as always with these two. The writing is good too. Just sucks that a spoiled brat who was forced into prostitution and then got rescued would lust after a man right away. Even in the fantasy world of romance books, a bit of realism is needed. Sorry, no young woman having gone through hell, will lust after a man, even if he is beautifully ripped with a 9 inch c*ock.

Some of my favorite narrators. They are seriously AMAZING at getting into the scenes. And Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell seem to work together often.

The plot is good but the story feels rushed. And the characters, impulsive.

It seems the next book is better rated. I'm still glad I listened to this one first, but look forward to other stories.
