Publisher's Summary

"You're supposed to feel a little sad after vacation ends, but it's not supposed to break your heart."

No Vacancy is a lighthearted and steamy stand-alone romance.

Perpetual good girl Caterina Longo is dependable to a fault. At 33, she’s never called in sick. Never had a one-night stand. Never taken a chance in her entire life. When she walks in on a cheating ex and sees everything wrong with her life, she takes off on a solo vacation, busting out of her comfort zone and into the arms of a guy she never saw coming.

Joe Hunter has no room for distractions. Making his restaurant a success and proving his worth to his family - and himself - is his sole focus. At least it is until a beautiful stranger, in search of fried food and a shoulder, wanders in one night.

Is two weeks of unexpected, life-altering passion all they’re meant to share? What happens when vacation ends and real life takes over?

Lost interest

I had a hard time reviewing this story. I lost interest half way and I skipped most of the chapters. I used my credit for this one and will return it. The performance was good.

No Vacancy

I really loved this story. It was a little different from the usual storylines. I loved that it was set in an area I could relate to and close to home. The characters were engaging and the chemistry was electric. It was an insta-love story with a sexy hero and a reluctant heroine.

And even though I loved the story I wasn’t a fan of the narration. I didn’t think the voices fit with the age of the characters. Also Rita Fleur’s male voice seemed to have an accent that sorry just didn’t fit with the story. But even with the okay narration I was able to enjoy the story.

Perseverance and instant attraction

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the narrators. The story was pretty good but not my favorite by this author. Just didn’t click with me.

Their instant attraction turned into a holiday romance. Can they make long distance work. It seems impossible and many obstacles are thrown in the way. But holding on did pay off for their own HEA.

The first half of the book I enjoyed but after the holiday ended I struggled to stay engaged and didn’t feel their struggle, pain. It just disconnected for me. I love the author so I’ll keep reading her books but not my favorite.

Fantastic!

I absolutely adore this book! Stephanie Rose is so talented, and her words always draw me in. Caterina and Joe are absolutely perfect together. I loved everything about their relationship. While they had problems they had to face, I liked that I never questioned whether or not they were meant to be. They had ALL the chemistry and brought the feels!

Not only did I love Joe and Caterina, I loved the way Stephanie swept me away on vacation as well. I could picture the setting, and felt like I was right there with them. I loved the setting!

Fans of Stephanie Rose will love the connections to other characters in this book. I always love when I am reading and another character I know and love pops up! This, however, is a complete standalone. You will be completely fine with no knowledge of the other characters mentioned.

The narration for this was really well done. I'm always a bit nervous when new to me narrators are chosen for a book I loved this much in print, but they did really well with it! I would definitely listen to another book with them.

wow

ok this is my first ever audio book I've not only heard but got to review.

it's hard not to fall for Joe and catarina they are so good together. though with the narrator team other than assigned roles( respective chapters) I personally think interaction in the chapters between the 2 would have made it better. over all I enjoyed hearing the story again

Holy Hotness!

I read this book when it first came out and I loved it! Now, after listening to the audio book, I FREAKING LOVED it! These narrators were absolutely perfect for the story. They brought a great book to life. Hearing Joe's dirty mouth was even better than reading it! :)

No Vacancy

I loved this book- and the audio was phenomenal! Rita Fleur did such a great job portraying Caterina, and David Vaughn was awesome as Joe! Both narrators had great New York accents for the characters that needed them. And they brought so much emotion to the story! I absolutely loved No Vacancy, and cannot recommend enough!

This story is hot off the grill!

i read No Vacancy in ebook form and it was so good. Let me tell you the audible amps it up to a whole other level. Cat is the girl who seems to be lacking in her self confidence for reasons many have experienced. Joe is the owner of the bar/restaurant whose charisma, smile and whole demeanor will set you on fire faster than hot oils on a grill. His sexy as hell voice will melt your butter.
The chemistry of these two characters is instant and off the charts. I don’t do spoilers but it’s well worth the listen. I loved listening to the evolution of these two individuals come to life and their self realization.
It’s the first time I’ve listened to these narrators but I can guarantee it won’t be my last.
