Not Professional either

I know I am old fashioned but profane words are not helpful adjectives. If this is to lead us to a better life, why do you use angry words to build a positive day? Words are powerful and have energy. The author says he is a learner. So going forward your next book think about why you use toxic language? Vulgar words are not professional and are VERY negative.

Lacking original thoughts and ideas

It’s not that the book doesn’t have good advice, it’s just that the author takes a collection of ideas from other people and put it into one book. He does give them credit which is good. If you have experience with James Clear or Angela Duckworth and others like them, this will just be a repetition of their ideas. If you have no idea who those people are, then this book will be good for you.
