Yet another beginner book
I was looking for something more. There is nothing new here, which is unfortunate because I was hoping to learn something. The whole book felt like a Wiccan trying to prove themselves as not all about love and light.

Absolutely loved it!
I was initially a bit cautious about reading this book, thought it would be really dark and scary but I absolutely loved it! took the plunge! I lived it so much that I had to have the actual book for my personal Library for referencing. I didn't think I would find a lot of similarities to who I am and feel like in this book but I did! this book is a lot like me and explained things so open and honestly and did not sugar coat things or give fluff explanations. I totally recommend. one of my favorite books thus far.

fantastic read for the curious witch

please read before buying and consider.
I really wanted to enjoy this. I've been running short on Kindle/audio combos on topics like this and had planned to ease the misery of rush our congestion with this. I am very disappointed. Reasons are many, but after an hour of listening I've stopped, not even willing to try and get my money's worth. Two key reasons will do, the first being that the author, rightly, has some points to make about our individual responsibilities with the topic and the inevitable duality present in the universe. But it could have been handled competently inside a few pages/minutes - an hour in and it had become repetitive enough to feel condescending. Second key reason, the narration. I felt that the tone and overly dramatic emphasis was suitable for a pre-teen work on fictional vampires and love interest, but not here. As adults we understand the significance of certain elements without overly dramatic signaling. As I say, I wanted to like this. Maybe it's for you, and maybe it isn't. I'll let you judge

Loved it!
I enjoyed this book so much. I even bought the actual book. Finally, a book that doesn't focus on Wicca. Not all Witches are Wiccan and it can be sometimes be difficult to find content online that doesn't focus on Wicca. The author has really done her homework on this one. So well written and the narrator was awesome.

This Book is an absolute life changer!
Honestly I was a little skeptical when I purchased this book, but I can tell you that I have listened to this like four times, and I recommend this book to anyone who truly understands how Magick works. It touches on how to ethically source and utilize unconventional ingredients that are essential to many people who live this lifestyle and embraces the gray and/or darker areas in the ethereal world of witchcraft. Not to mention the cache of amazing spells, with the narrator speaking slowly and giving the option to pause so that you can easily add them to your library of written arcane knowledge!! This book is an absolute MUST HAVE! Please please do yourself a favor and use the credit or money to invest. You will not regret it!

Really Comprehensive and Strangely Uplifting!
There is so much content here! So many recipes (not the edible kind). So much information. And I loved it!!! This book made me feel understood in a deep, meaningful way. It felt incredibly helpful to my path as a human dealing with humanity. Even though I won't necessarily use all of the recommendations, I plan to use a great many. I am really grateful to the author for sharing so much goodness in a single work, and also for the narrator's nurturing, clear, confident voice throughout the book. It honestly made me happy every time she said, "Okay. Here we go." before sharing details of the individual projects. It was such a well done audiobook that I could have gotten by easily without a printed copy of the book, but, as mentioned previously, I loved it, so I bought the Kindle version, too. The index has been very helpful!

I enjoyed this book quite a bit...
So much so that I purchased the physical copy to use as reference for the spells within, the narrator was not my absolute favorite but was not hard to listen to either, although I may have sped it up to 1.25 (I can't remember) Overall this book is full of useful information to adapt into your own.
