very simple nothing over the top, the day to day life of two people falling in love was so refreshing to read. I cried when chase proposed. I love long books, 17 hours long, this was all worth it.

it was a beautiful story

The narrators were fantastic. The story was good. Touched on some great topics and had good hockey sense and didn’t dumb down hockey players or make the FMC an anti sport or cliche. The smut/spice was redundant and interrupted the story far too often. It was extremely predictable and constant in every chapter and scene.

I really enjoyed this, especially when I am driving to work and when I am just lounging around. I recommend this to anyone who is a hockey romance reader. Can’t wait to read the next one in the series.
