Somehow I missed that this book was for nurses. I listened to it anyway, a bit curious about the career from a distance but I think I was actually hoping for more stories (drama). Instead it was a lot of advice.

Maybe I'm too far into my nursing career but this book really just felt like a cash cow book... all the mantras of preceptors past came out through this book. I don't know how many original words are Sonja's...which is disappointing. i was expecting new fun angles of nursing... She just basically put everything that you would hear as a student nurse into a book.... and cashed out .. good for you Sonja get it girl. I am inspired
