I came to this book looking for meaningful insight on optimizing health — and while there’s basic information here, it’s presented in a flat, disengaged tone that feels more like someone reading a grocery list than teaching or inspiring. The narration lacks depth or clarity, which makes it hard to stay engaged or trust the guidance.
What’s more disappointing is learning how the author interacts with his audience outside the book. After respectfully reaching out with private feedback, I was met with a shockingly hostile and ego-driven response. A quick search online reveals this isn’t an isolated case — there’s a pattern of aggressive, demeaning replies to anyone who questions him.
In a space as sensitive and human-centered as health and healing, tone and integrity matter. I can’t recommend content from someone who consistently communicates with contempt toward those he claims to serve. Sadly, this book reflects that energy.

Disappointing Content from a Disappointing Source

The narration is just awful. I can’t sit and listen to someone sniffing and clearing their throat. The audio isn’t even professionally done. The narrator makes a mistake and corrects himself without an edit. It’s the weirdest audio book I have even bought.
The second worst part is the narrator is reading from a book and instead of reading out a website he references, he just says “can be found here..” Where is “here”!?! Know your audience. It’s unlistenable.
Also, if you go by what he says there are absolutely no side effects and absolutely nothing wrong with any of the peptides he discusses. I think a more well researched book would include the good, bad and the ugly.
