Such a great resource!
This book was the first book I picked up while doing research into Bipolar Disorder, and I have to say, I’m so glad I did! The only complaint I have is the recording; it can be a little tough to stay interested with this particular reader sometimes, but overall it was well presented. Definitely recommend it!
