You probably know that food, water, sunlight, and oxygen are required for life, but there is a fifth element of health that is equally vital and often overlooked: The Earth's magnetic field and its corresponding PEMFs (pulsed electromagnetic fields). Good Information
Although I learned a lot from this book, and most of the information resonated with what I already believe to be true, it really conflicted with information from a doctor that has decades of experience with PEMF - to do with the Gauss, although in this book he calls it intensity or strength. The earth is .5 Gauss, and the book says we should be aiming for that, whereas other sources say 10,000 Gauss (which is 1 Tesla) is the best but he recommends at least 50 Gauss.
Did the book even say the brands that were best? I didn't catch that part if it did.
Otherwise fascinating enough that I have listened to it more than once, a lot packed into the book besides PEMF specifically.

Highly recommend
This was a fantastic listen. I have a PEMF mat, and he explains things so well. I will listen again and again.
