This book was an amazing start for me. I have enjoyed meditation for a few years but listening to this book has been great. Eknath’s wonderful words and clear ideas makes listening to these new concepts easy. Down to earth language with words that flow. I have listened to several other of his books and truly enjoy his works. You can’t go wrong listening to any of his books. I really enjoy his concepts for meditation and for life.
