Practical tips but too much religious stuff

I found this book helpful in both reminding me of some good strategies and perspectives that I already knew and also in teaching me some new strategies. I did not love the seemingly endless Jesus and bible references, but I took this as hands on practice for me to deal with what I find to be annoying behavior in others and try to not let it bother me. Perhaps if I did more research on the book prior to purchasing it I would have known how religious the focus was. Although with this much religious content I think it would probably be advisable to indicate that right in the title.
