One of my favourites.

This has been one of my favourite books for years. I love fairy tale retellings and this one is fantastic. I've worn out several paperbacks rereading and lending out the novel and now I have listened to it several times. You don't need to read/listen to this series in order to appreciate it (although meeting recurring characters is fun) and this book can be your first elemental masters book as easily as your third.
