Terrible. Felt like a bad 1960s sales book

Basically just should sell over the phone. Not how to do it well or any valuable insights. I think if you removed the phrase "pro-active sales calls" half the book would be gone. Don't waste your time unless you just need a 2 hour session convincing you making calls is a good idea
