Publisher's Summary
A war between two alien civilizations, the Vascotians and the Pallors, that closely resemble one another have been at war for more than a century. The war began over a missing prince and a missing queen. Captain Striglin's final move in the battle sends his ship, the Deriscus and his crew through a black hole where they crash against a large asteroid headed straight for Earth.
