the narraration completely ruined this book shouldn't have wasted a time or credit on it

crappy voices males sound too feminine and fluctuating and the female voices sound like adolescent males

Personally, i think the narrators have a beautiful voice.. but the voice of Adena doesn’t fit.. not much emotions and hard to hear the switch between characters.

The story is beautiful great parallel story to powerless. Interesting to know what happens to Adena while Payden is not there.

I am a HUGE fan of the first book, Powerless. Was so excited to get into this one. Quite honestly, I felt that the narrating lacked tremendously. I listen to many audio books in this genre, and expected better. The voices have distracted me from the content and writing, making me question the actual quality of the writing itself. I won’t say the book didn’t have value, as I’m invested in the story line, but this audio recording was a fail.

Honestly I'll have to read this book. The person reading the male part in this book was really bad. He sounded like a robot with weird pauses and unnatural influxes. It triggered something in me that made me have to skip this one.
