The performances are really top notch here. I only know Joe and Anthony by voice, but Vinny and Lev are really good and I think I finally picked out the fifth narrators voice in this book. I didn’t notice it before but I might have it pegged. Maybe. Still mysterious. I’ve been wondering why there’s only been 4 distinct male narrators but 5 are listed in the credits. And I just kept thinking I’d been missing the last one.
More trauma in this book. But things get better mostly… until it’s not again.
I’m off to meet the boys at black falls high between this book and the next. I feel like I need to know them before I keep going. And I’m regretting it because I don’t have them in audio so I have to read with my eyeballs instead of listen with my earholes. Like a peasant.
I’m fully invested in the chaos universe at this point.
Church is my god tier favourite book boyfriend. When you get done with these guys, I definitely recommend those audiobooks. God they’re good.

Story is both badly written and fcked up. Are we supposed to like r*pist Dom? And be ok with him actively trying to get her pregnant without her knowing/against her will? It’s supposed to be “for her protection” but there’s no world in which I would buy that. And it’s not CNC just because she O’s, that was r*pe. Anthony is an amazing narrator tho
