Here is my personal honest opinion. I started listening to this audio book with an expectation that it will touch the hot buttons right from the start. I am a few chapters into it and I didn't know what and how I am going to use the information provided. It was always either how profit first author did wonders for clients or amazon. I thought this book is for any e-commerce business and will live up to the title. However, the first half was just about the author's clients, how they did and Amazon FBA. There are tons of videos on that and courses on Udemy. Only in the second half there was some meaningful information on separating the bank accounts in Inventory, Profits, Tax, Owner's Pay, etc. That should be worth trying. Summary at the end of each chapter is missed or not adequate. Expectations unmet for me personally. I respect others opinions though. Also, regardless of that, I would still look forward if I get any response from the author to the email. Wish the author best and an improved version and other books soon. Cheers.
