Gavin de Becker does it again it is absolutely amazing and empowering book. This should be mandatory reading for everyone

Excellent book full of eye opening stories but, if you have already read "The gift of fear" I would suggest to skip this one unless it's on sale. Most of the content of this book is a copy of many chapters from "The gift of fear".
There is some new content but not enough to justify its full price.
