Narratd by George Sarris not Full Cast

What did you love best about NIV, Audio Bible, Pure Voice: Old Testament, Audio Download?

Easy simple NIV audio bible. Would have gotten the complete OT and NT version but did not see they had it until a year after I purchased so might as well just get part 2 instead to help with making it easier to find the book in question compared to the 79 hour version with both OT and NT together for 1 credit. buy that one instead as it has the same narrator and is the same just split into these 2 parts.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jesus Christ

What about full cast’s performance did you like?

That is was actually just George Sarris reading it

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The crucifixion of the son of God and his being risen to life by the power of God.

Any additional comments?

If you haven't already purchased the all in one version is better but harder to use.

Really disappointed

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

It’s 2018, computers and Audible are not new entities. I have been waiting for this new release hoping that they would get the searchable aspect corrected. They did not. Why call a section part 1 when it would have been totally possible to name it and each other numbered section by the name of the book?

What was one of the most memorable moments of NIV, Audio Bible, Pure Voice: Old Testament, Audio Download?

The narration is great. No extra distracting music in the background.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The narration is great.

Any additional comments?

Get it right next time. People want to find the book they are looking for. This same complaint was raised about older editions. Listen to what people are asking for.
