The book does exactly what it promises. I would recommend it to anyone trying to quit their addiction. The only thing that I didn't like was the narration. While the narration was okay, it felt like the narrator had a speech impediment which took away from the overall experience a bit

If you're interested in this book Don't buy it here. The Audible narration is absolutely terrible. It is obvious the narrator did not prepare at all, or cares at all about the quality. He makes countless mistakes, I mean one or two every 30 seconds, and even yawns a few times during the book. It's not a speech impediment as one reviewer said. It's blatant irresponsible preparation. I had the thought that he must be the author because no author would allow such poor quality to represent his book. I was hoping to get some good insight from it but I could not get past the immaturity and lack of care from the narrator.
