I actually started listening to this on my smoke breaks. I didn't tell my family that I was doing this until I was on the last chapter of the book. I know many people that have used the Easy Way successfully. This book taught me many 'keys' to unlocking the potential for me to quit. The withdrawals are almost non-existent, the cravings are very easy to 'brush' off. All with the method that I learned in the Easy Way
I still have a hardcopy that copy of the Easy Way book, but this audio version was a really good fit for me. I have never listened to an audiobook previously. It was a very powerful experience. I would only listen to what my brain could absorb per session. I listened very intently, and when I became distracted I would pause, or skip back to catch up. Good Luck

I was a pack/day smoker and even though I've tried to quit so many times previously, I always found it really difficult and I would eventually slip back into it.
It's been 6 weeks and I haven't had more than a handful of ''mmm, a smoke would be nice'' -- but then I remember my boot camp. 👍
