As a Chuck fan and after seeing him on the Joe Rogan podcast I was curious about his radical love mantra. The story is one of a tortured individual who seems to be having an awakening into healing his past.

The story is well read and almost feels like a movie at how well he delivers the performance. A treatment to his story and his skill as a performer

Honestly, I really enjoyed the book it took me some time to get thru the full listen but it was because it gave me so much to reflect on. Zachary Levi read the book really well where I felt it was conversational which I connected to.

I think everyone struggles with anxiety and depression in some capacity no matter your upbringing. The way Zach talks about it makes it so relatable and it’s like a “i get that” conversation with a best friend. Highly recommend!

So relatable in the best way

I appreciated that this book was narrated by the author and he wrote his experience from his point of view. The use of the word *uck frequently was a real turn off for me. Because the author is so raw the title Radical pain, confusion and tears might better suit the book..I know that is relatable and hope readers will hold on for the ending where Zachary fights hard to navigate and find love
