Slow going at first, it is a fine Coming of Age story in a fascinating environment. The unique nebula setting makes for repeated plays. Especially recommended for Hard sci-fi fans.

I was looking for something that was similar to "The Locked Tomb" series by Tamsyn Muir and this sure scratched that itch. Baxter serves us some interesting themes that keeps you guessing throughout. And Keeble's performance delivers an engaging experience. He breathes life into the all the interesting characters of this universe. Very enjoyable novel!
