Not like the book description - but better
This play on words title refers to a brother, Matthew, taking care of his underage sister, Helen (“Hell” as nickname), after their parents die. Yes, his partying life is different (as described in the summary) but it’s almost all referred to in the past and not detailed. The majority of the story follows the siblings getting to know each other (as their contact has been limited due to Matthew being the “black sheep” of the family) and trying to maintain s routine for the middle school girl. There is a romantic interest and it’s cute and sweet; some spice but not as exciting as I would have expected from a M/M book. The 1st person narrative style is funny and goes into 2nd person POV in interesting ways. The narrator was not my favorite but was more easy to listen to at 1.2 speed; the “acting” of the narrator did convey Matthew’s sass and sarcasm well, though. Supporting characters and unique situations are well done overall.

spoke to my sarcastic soul
Loved this book! narrator was perfection, a breath of fresh air for an avid romance reader. It was super snarky, witty, and full of characters with attitude...spoke to my sarcastic soul!
