I was excited about this story after Heir apparent. I get that we had to do the tragedy but was disappointed that we didn't get to experience the good with them like in the other stories. It was all about the sad and the tragedy. And yes, I get that trauma colors your life. It did in the other stories but they still managed to have some positive.
The spice level was very low, as is customary. But the one time they were intimate was so boring I skipped through it.
I've listened to the other books multiple times. I'm probably gonna listen to one of them again to cleanse my palate of this one.

I couldn't be more disappointed if I tried.
