interesting and informative!

Some pretty valuable tips given without sugarcoating and delivered in an interesting way! In a world of total BS and yesmen such as finance and real estate, I feel we can count on Phil to give us the facts as they are. Its just 3 hours long but overall it covers a lot if not all the essentials.
