Publisher's Summary

My dead best friend's daughter and the woman that haunts my dreams are one and the same.

For the last two years, I've told myself she’s off limits. That a man like me, can't be with a woman her age. Then my little maniac turned 18...and I gave in to my temptation. I shouldn't have, but now it's too late.

She's mine now, and I'll never let her go.

Then one of the biggest sinners in Vegas thought he could just take her. He's forgetting; it's my job to protect her. Mine.

Now, I'm going to burn this city to the ground. I'll reap havoc until my little maniac is back in my arms.

It was OK

I love and romances and was so excited to dive into this one. Sarah has come to live with a MC because her bother is a member. Here else seems to be adjusting to life and has this huge and I do mean massive. This girl has it bad for him and she is underage and he is way older. He is after all the president of the MC and he has it as bad as he does, The poor guy has to fight his attraction constantly and we for sure know how she feels about him I think I read I'll wait as long as it takes, I will make him mine, I will, I will I will. I think all this really distracted me frommthenstiry and while the story was good and so have no problem with an age gap book at all. This one just got on my nerves at time with all the when I get older he will be mine, and stop lookingnshes not legal. However the story does pick up and is good and will have you on the edge of your seat. I have listened to these narrators before and it drove me crazy how Reapers voice was done. I know he needed to be this Harland edgy and maybe cold at times but it wasn't my favorite that Logan McAllister has done.

Great MC Romance!

This was my first K.L. Savage's book, and won't be my last. This is the first book in the Ruthless Kings MC Series, a dark romance. This is also a best-friend's daughter, an age-gap romance, and a slow burn romance. Reaper and Sarah's story is dark, captivating, and intense. Reaper (Jesse) is the President of the Ruthless Kings. He is dark, alpha, and very protective, and possessive. Sarah (Maniac) is a beautiful soul, sassy, brave, and strong, all at once. They share a strong and sizzling hot chemistry. The storyline has action, suspense, mystery, secrets, and twists and turns. The world building is well done and well developed. The supporting characters are great and intriguing, and I can't wait to know more about them. Logan McAllister and Sierra Kline did a great job with the narration. Sierra Kline is perfect as Sarah. She brings this character to life, with vulnerability and strength. Logan McAllister has a great range of voices, and he does a great interpretation as Reaper. Looking forward to listen to the next book in the Series, Boomer, and to read Reaper's Rise (a free story), a prequel of the Ruthless Kings MC Series, Reaper, Sarah and Boomer's backstory. #AudiobookObsession

Perfection

Reaper starts out perfect. I would recommend you read Reaper's Rise though if you have not. I was skeptical to listen to Reaper's audio. I loved the book don't get me wrong but in my opinion, the voices never match the characters. Thankfully I took a chance. Reaper's voice was spot on and so was Sarah. Job well done she sounded like was young but with something extra, you could feel that the voice was of a young woman who grew up fast and had a hard life. I can't wait for Boomer, hopefully, Ms Savage keeps these two.

Action Packed

This book is an action packed adventure ride. Reaper can hardly wait for his ward, Sarah to turn 18 but he struggles by while governing his MC. Sarah cannot wait until the day Reaper claims her but she starts to lose hope. Though her 18th birthday doesn’t go as planned she gets her man. Great performances from both Sierra Kline and Logan McAllister.

Love doesn't see age.

Reaper & Sarah I had read the book and loved it. The audio was wonderful. Of the two narrators, I preferred Sierra Kline although both were very good. Age is supposed to be just a number. When it is your dead friend's daughter it is so much more. Reaper is the Prez, he's supposed to be the leader. He's fought his feelings for her for almost two years. In just a few months she'll be 18--will he be done waiting? Will he be able to resist? His feelings are messing with his head and now is not the time for him to be anything but all in it. There are supposed to be trusted allies that seem anything but and attacks on his club. He needs to make them know not to mess with his club. Sarah has been through too much. She's wanted Reaper since she first saw him. Her life has made her much older than her mere years. Why won't anyone understand that? She's the club's little sis. There are some hilarious and touching scenes with all the guys -- just a hint -- dress shopping in a boutique with ten bikers. Why won't he give in and admit what he feels? She sees it in his eyes. There is everything MC fans need--an unforgettable alpha love with all the protection and passion that goes with it. The obstacles, loyalty, danger, and steam along with learning about the brothers in a new series make a compelling read and the angst that goes with it. Enjoy, I did.

DNF

Sara is absolutely obnoxious and annoying. That alone ruined this book for me. plus there was not really an actual story just a girl whining over a guy.

Reaper & Sarah

I am speechless. This is a raw, gritty, dark, and exhilarating ride to go on with the Ruthless Kings MC. Reaper and Sarah are an unlikely pair but imperfectly perfect together. This is my time reading a book by KL Savage, I was not disappointed. I am now a fan, I enjoyed this wild and crazy journey. Narration was FANTASTIC. I loved listening to Sierra Kline and Logan McAllister.

Narrators detracted

The story was okay- the male narrator slurped most of the story and female affected a whiney little girl voice which overall detracted from the enjoyment of story.
