À propos de cet audio
The primordial waters, full of algae and unicellular organisms...not quite how one would imagine the end of the world, is it?
The goal is to evolve and reach the land. Use your teeth, claws, stings, and whatever else you deem appropriate to take down your opponents and survive in the New World.
Dan used to work at the Psychic Agency, making a living by swindling naive clients. One day, however, this came to a sudden halt. A group of thugs paid him a visit and took him away. As if that wasn't bad enough, the world had decided that it had had enough of us humans. After that day, humanity was no more. Those who survived the Apocalypse have been forced to fight for their lives.
Dan, much to his misfortune, didn't become a gray-bearded wizard he had always hoped to be. Little did he know, he'd be forced to start his new life from the very beginning. Perhaps he should have paid more attention in biology class.

One of my favourite narators. Seems to have some default "gravel voice" for a lot of characters. But it's still solid reading that isn't monotone and also doesn't swing the other way of being overly dramatic and distracting.
But why is the cover art so dark looking? Maybe I didn't follow the descriptions of some of the evolution cosmetic results that well, but I don't think that's what he looks like at any point in this book. And combined with "warlock" in the title I was expecting something dark, demonic, and with lots of suffering. But it's really not. I wouldn't call it cheery but it's more fun than it is apocolyptic. there is 1 demon in the book briefly. but otherwise don't get scared away by the cover. It's really a good fun listen. Only other comments convinced me to give it a try and I'm glad they did. Just wish it was longer.
Great storey, great narator. weird choice of cover
