This is a well-written book filled with useful information that is particularly helpful when healing from toxic relationships. The narrator does a good job of explaining the various concepts in the book clearly and in a way that is easy to listen to. In particular, I found the chapters on dealing with narcissistic abuse and gaslighting helpful. From listening to the audiobook, I realized that I didn't realize how deeply I had been affected by the narcissistic trauma I experienced from a past relationship. The book helped me better understand the trauma and gaslighting that I had experienced and gave me practical advice on how to process and heal from the experience.
