Refuge in Time takes place concurrently with and immediately following the events of Champions of Time, the previous book in the After Cilmeri series.

the interactions between times is great. I enjoyed from the start hearing David, Anna grow up.
I will be finishing this series as I am invested in the story, however the change of narrator has really been disappointed me. I knew who was speaking, enjoyed the different inflections Laura made with her voice for the different characters.
I would give this series 5 stars across the board if the narrator had not changed. Since the change it has been difficult to listen, I just want to get to the end 😪
Please don't ruin a great series again changing the narrator mid series
