Steve doesn’t know who he is.

Or who he was.

Hidden inside the farm tools, Steve finds messages. Messages that appear in floating windows in front of him.

Messages from his past self, telling him that he’d already failed once.

But he has no idea what he actually failed at. Or how he can succeed this time.

Beyond all this, and unfortunately for Steve, the world just underwent a radical change. A change that’s going to have Steve fighting the undead, bandits, nature, and even himself. All while the world falls down around him.

And the only weapon he has is an axe.

Never has farming or homesteading sounded so amazing! considering this is a survival horror it does a very interesting job of making you feel at ease... when you really should not... which is fun when the thing happens and you were not ready... closes iv come to a jump scare in a book. the main character is also so likable, you cannot help but want nice things for him as well!

tbh it would be 5 stars on story if not for some really cringey sex stuff....

I gave the preformance 4 stars because the MC which is male (and voiced by a female voice actor) which just doesnt fit the proper tone that I imagine would fit the description. For the amount of dialogue for mc it would have been nice to have the guy voiced by a guy...

I will say by the end of book 2 I was desensitized to a lot of the cringe still think it would be stronger without it, but to each their own.
