Absolutely nothing but Brilliant

Struggling to not finish in one settings without life getting in the way. Intralling and breathtaking trilling rational thoughts. In this undeniably beautiful way of thinking story. I have lost words on how the story took me away and A. Chase read it was just BRILLIANT. There is nothing in love that cannot be given freely for a good heart. Got lost in the voice and couldn't not stop.

A Captivating Story!

I have truly become a fan of Lee Winter’s books. She’s an amazing writer and develops interesting characters. In this book Requiem/Natalia is a freelance assassin and a concert cellist. She lives for the thrill of the hunt of her next target and her music.Requiem is a loner and someone who’d doesn’t believe in showing her feelings. And then there is Allison, also a loner, and a woman so many have underestimated. Their story is definitely worth reading. And Anais Ibarra Chase is a superb narrator, who brings both characters to life. Get this book!

great book. wonderful narration.

I have read and loved this book before. I throughly enjoyed Anias Inara Chaise being the voices of Requium, Mouse, Natalia and Alison to life.

Excellent!

I loved Requiem for Immortals. I loved the suspense, the romance, and the characters. I had already read the book, but the audio edition is excellent. Anais Inara Chase did an amazing job with the narration.

Perfection.

This is the best love story I’ve ever listened to. If I read it, would’ve been the best I’ve read. It is a thriller, action movie, lesbian romance all in one fantastic book. If that’s intriguing, get this book ASAP. If crime, mobsters, serial killers, and or lesbians secretly intrigue you (not in the dark sense, in the fascination sense), this book is your dream come true. I’m sitting at 4 minutes remaining and find myself sad it’s over.

Thank you Lee Winter, Anais Ibarra Chase, and Audible for allowing me to indulge in this fantastic book.

Completely blown away!

I absolutely loved this book and was greatly anticipating the audio version. Requiem is one of those brilliantly written characters who stays with you long after the read is over. The narrator really had to be skilled to pull this off and Anais Inara Chase did so in a major way. And not just with the Requiem character but the others as well - especially Alison and Lola, the latter being especially chilling. I was SO invested. I squealed, squirmed, held my breath, slid off my chair... and for the first time ever, actually physically shook after listening to a scene. No kidding - it completely got under my skin. What a thrilling way to experience Lee Winter's masterful work! WOW. And if that wasn't enough, as an added bonus - you get the follow-up short story Love is Not Nothing at the end to wrap up their story. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Perfection

Holy crap! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book. The story is really well written, female assassin hired to kill a woman then can't... for reasons, but done the right way. It doesn't feel cheesy or lame. It's not Killing Eve but gave me Killing Eve vibes. It's a bit edgy and dark and will keep you guessing to the bitter end how its going to turn out. But people the NARRATION!! OMG... it takes this book to the next level. Anais Inara Chase blew my mind. Do not hesitate, just buy it. You will not be sorry.

I'm sorry

I feel bad criticizing someone's creative work but...it was so bad! I wish I could get the time and credit I spent on this back. I understand speaking to each other is important but just as important is knowing when they're talking too much for the situation they're in. The characters talk entirely to much and the way they speak is just wrong. Think of the most awkward conversation you've ever had and draw it out for hours and you'll have the essence of what I'm talking about. The narrator did a good job considering the material they were working with but I'd skip this one if I were you, she couldn't make up for the bad writing. I really try to not be harsh but this one deserves it
