Interesting and comprehensive!

I really enjoyed this book. I would say it's best suited for those who are genuinely interested in starting a restaurant as it is quite involved and delves into the minutiae of operations, pricing, concept, etc, etc.

I appreciated the authors background as it lends credibility to his recommendations. The performance is also good and I never found myself focusing on the voice actors idiosyncrasies or speaking manner - he represents the material really well. A book this detailed could get boring quickly (even if you do want to open a restaurant), but the reader adds a lot of emotion and energy to the story which keeps it engaging.

I would highly recommend that would be restaurateurs pick this book up and give it a couple of listens - take notes!

Highly recommended

The author covered every question I had, and many I didn't think of, in great detail and easy to understand language. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is thinking of opening a restaurant, or wants to improved their existing restaurant's operation.

Amazing informative book

One of the most informative books on everything restaurant related no stone is left unturned.
From food trucks to brick and mortar a wealth of information. It is long so take notes and cut in chunks. Also as advertised he gives you numbers to follow and calculations.
Must read for anyone in restaurant or bar industry.

So far the best "How to" book for any restaurant owner.

I bought the hard copy , but the audio book is way much better only because of the narration.

Great content for a successful restaurant

Read while doing my steps #15KaDay Also good for any entrepreneur. This had me think about details and winning in the margins.
