Great book by an experienced author!

As all of the books I have read so far by Ken McElroy this is a very comprehensive guide to buying rental properties for someone looking to get into real estate investing! Great job and thank-you Ken and everyone who helped to produce this audiobook!

Not interested audiobook

This is an audiobook.. the performer says a lot of numbers and calculations and say refer to Fig. 2.. refer to table C. The writer of the audiobook didn't know that we listening to audio book not a paper book? How do we look at Fig.2 or look at table C ???
