Publisher's Summary

From USA Today and Amazon Charts best-selling author Meghan Quinn comes a new fake dating, standalone sports romance featuring the hockey men you can’t get enough of and love. This steamy, age-gap romantic comedy will bring all the laughs while making your cheeks blush at the same time.

Running into your ex is never ideal.

Running into your ex who is now dating your nemesis is a literal nightmare.

That’s how I found myself in a sheer panic, reaching for the closest guy at the bar and kissing him. And to my delight he was easily the most attractive man I’ve ever seen.

The only problem is, when I tried to walk away after thanking him for his help, he stopped me with three life-changing words....

“You owe me.”

That’s how I found myself, a college girl, in a fake relationship with a professional hockey player ten years older than me.

At first it was easy.

He helped me with my internship.

I helped keep his ex away from him.

We were becoming fast friends.

It wasn’t until he started staying the night at my dorm did the rules of our arrangement become complicated.

Now my feelings are involved and even though I kissed the right man at the right time, I’m worried he’s just waiting for the clock to run out.

So good

4.5⭐️ 3.5🌶

The way the Prologue started so spicy and shocking but made sense why Silas was acting the way he was in the first book of this series. Poor Potato!

Loved this book - fake dating and the banter was so good between the characters 👏 Meghan Quinn is the queen of making the reader feel second-hand embarrassment 👌 I was laughing so much during the party scene and feeling the embarrassment for the characters. Ollie was such a strong MFC put Silas in his place and a strong sexual drive which helped the spice which was great in this book!
My favorite line; Your glutes are so tight they can easily Crack A walnut 🔥 Also loved the Cane brothers made an appearance in this series

A Rollercoaster of Laughter and Tears

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Heat Level: 🔥🔥✨

As someone familiar with Meghan Quinn's work but having taken a hiatus, diving into "Right Man, Right Time" felt like coming home to a long-lost friend. The Vancouver Agitators series, of which this is the third installment, proves to be a standalone gem, though my inner bookworm insists on revisiting the series chronologically.

This book is a perfect balance of laughter and tears, expertly orchestrated by Quinn's pen. Ollie's wit and charm had me laughing out loud, a beacon of sunshine amidst the narrative. Yet, just as swiftly, the story had me reaching for the tissues, ugly crying until my heart felt wrung dry. Thankfully, Quinn ensures a satisfying happily ever after, a beacon of hope amidst the emotional turmoil.

The narration, handled by the talented duo of Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter, elevates the experience to new heights. Clarke's velvety voice brings an extra layer of allure to the narrative, leaving listeners swooning at every word. The duet narration format adds depth and dimension, enhancing the immersion in the story.

"Right Man, Right Time" follows the chaotic aftermath of a chance encounter with an ex, evolving into a fake relationship with a professional hockey player. The complexities of their arrangement unravel beautifully, intertwining with genuine emotions that tug at the heartstrings. With each turn of the page, the stakes rise, leaving readers captivated until the very end.

In summary, "Right Man, Right Time" is a five-star masterpiece with a heat level of 2.5, delivering a rollercoaster of emotions that will leave readers breathless and yearning for more.

Absolute swoon!

Hands down, one of the best narration duos I have heard sp far! the story checks all the right boxes, age gap, steamy, funny, tug at your heart situations, and of course hockey. This book is definitely one I wish I could listen to again for the first time. I absolutely loved it.

I wish to state I love this series and author.

I wish to state I love this series and author. That being said, this was my least favorite book in the series so far. It may have had more to do with the male character, but I couldn't get through this book without cringing every few pages alot of the sex just seemed forced 😳 . I hated the dialog between the two love interests. She was immature and sex craved, and he was just too wounded by the ex that it he was just one dimensional.

Banter was on point!

Love the banter between these two characters and between the players. This series is very entertaining and I love the duet narration. Ollie is sometimes annoying but Silas is 😘. Very enjoyable.

Elite duet narration

Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter did such a good job bringing Meghan’s characters to life. From Ollie’s nervous lie spirals to Silas’ moments of true vulnerability, they really added to the experience. The book is funny and sweet and heart wrenching in the best way.

FMC so irrititating…. DNF

Unfortunate the FMC is so annoying, and immature I had to DNF. Silas is way too mature and settled in life, and Ollie comes off like a spoiled entitled brat in every sense. DNF for this one, but won’t stop me from reading more Meghan Quinn books !

Excellent banter/angst/spice

The narrators did an amazing job bringing these Quinn’s characters to life. I laughed out loud repeatedly, cringed in embarrassment, whined in exasperation when the angst was high and squeezed my thighs and shifted in my seat when they finally gave in.
Typically rom coms and just easy read fluff for me but I loved this one and will be coming back to it for sure.
