Publisher's Summary

How did China undergo its meteoric rise from a technological backwater into a military superpower in outer space? This amazing transition began in top secret US Air Force programs over 75 years ago!

While living in America, a brilliant Chinese scientist is chosen to work on the US military’s most classified technologies for over a decade. Suddenly, he is outlandishly targeted by the FBI, traded in a prisoner exchange by President Eisenhower and must return to China. This episode ultimately led to China’s development of a military-run secret space program (SSP) using exotic electromagnetic propulsion systems now challenging US military dominance on Earth and in outer space.

By 2030, China’s economy will outgrow the US, and China plans to use its vast economic resources to project its presence deep into space in ways that will lead to increasing military confrontations with the newly created US Space Force.

In this audiobook, you will learn about:

  • The origins of China’s SSP through the pioneering work of Dr. Tsien Hsue-shen who brought his advanced knowledge of SSPs in Nazi Germany and the US to China;
  • How ancient aviation technologies buried in China’s mysterious pyramids are being secretly studied and reverse engineered;
  • Ancient artifacts from extraterrestrial contacts in remote regions of Tibet, the Gobi Desert, and the truth behind legends of Shamballa and Agartha;
  • China’s participation in a United Nations run SSP designed to foster greater international cooperation in responding to the existence of extraterrestrial life;
  • The space weapons and electromagnetically propelled spacecraft secretly being developed and deployed by China;
  • The threat posed by Communist China’s plan to use Artificial Intelligence to become the dominant superpower on Earth and in Space.

The Rise of the Red Dragon represents both a global crisis and opportunity presented by China. Are the US and China destined to violently clash in an inevitable cataclysmic space war or are they to become strategic partners in guiding humanity’s peaceful transition into a space faring galactic civilization?

History mixed with right wing nonsense

Some good historical information mixed with unsubstantiated deep state nonsense. Salla does a good. Job of providing some decent facts but like all of this series, gets bogged down in Corey Goode BS and baseless conspiracy.

Very good

This was read by the author which sounds way better than Jerry Lord. It did sound like the narrator was reading in an empty room or bathroom. Very good content and current.

Another good book ruined by terrible narration.

It's too bad, I have had to exchange several books this week because of terrible narrators! This one wasn't the narrator himself, but the terrible sound, it echos like he's reading this in a small bathroom. It's ridiculous. You would think whoever records these books would do some kind of sound check or something. The author is reading which is great, unfortunately, the echo and sound just make it hard to listen to for very long.

China, A More Tech-Intensive Powerhouse

China aims to move away from being the 'World's factory' (producing cheap, low-quality goods due to lower labour costs and supply chain advantages); and move to producing higher-value products and services, like aerospace and semiconductors. China aims to achieve independence from foreign suppliers for such products and services.

China's plan highlights 10 Priority sectors: Advanced marine equipment and high-technology ships; Trains and related advanced commitment; Aviation and aerospace equipment; Agricultural machinery and technology; Biopharmaceutical products and high-level medical equipment; Integrated circuits and new information technologies; Manufacturing control and robotic equipment; Vehicles using new energy technology; and New and advanced materials.

A "Sliver of, Light!"

This isn't an easy review to write, I enjoy reading all things Space and Space related.

I've stuck with Salla's series from the start. By, "Stuck," I mean, I couldn't get past the, "PH. d," in his name. I couldn't believe that someone with that moniker behind his name could/would put forward what he has in his Series of books on SSP. He, being smarter than I, intrigued me. So I followed him through the door he opened.

The, FACT, of SSP is of no surprise to me, having been in the military, and, having been "volunteered" for various (SAP) assignments. I know full well that what our government says is, "all there is to see," ...is NOT, "all there is to see."

The thing that has discredited Salla, in my humble opinion throughout the series, is his constant referencing, "Corey Goode," as a credible source for a substantial part of his suppositions and work. Goode, (in my own humble opinion) in short, is a sociopathic, cult leader wannabe (Sphere Being Alliance), that is too lazy to get a real job, and would instead promote his own fiction and religion, as a source of income. His, "20 and Back Again," routine is a superior work of fiction, but, IT IS, fiction nonetheless. If Corey knew 1/10th of what he claims, the powers hat be would have shut his mouth before he opened it.
Perhaps he should do as L. Ron Hubbard did, but maybe stick to fiction writing only. At least he'd have a more 'clear' conscious when his last twenty years expire.

At any rate, I've enjoyed my journey with Dr Salla, PH.d. through his narrative, though I doubt I'll waste any further money on his work. However, if you want to know the TRUTH about "real" SSPs' around the world, keep looking, and good hunting! There are those loose crumbs lying about to be sure, but that's all. Crumbs. You can arrange the crumbs as seems best to you, and try to get rich off of them. They are called, SSPs, for a reason: THEY ARE SECRET. PERIOD.

Salla has, at least, hit on the one true reality of the series in this one: CHINA is the one to watch!

Last dig on Goode: You don't need to follow the 'ramblings' of what I personally consider a, "Thug Cult Wannabe," to discover the truth to the Universe. The Universe has already given us all we need (Insert, "God/YAHWEY"), We just need to be bold enough to think for ourselves, live as though we actually have a conscience, and then act on it.

Dramatic descriptions with no concrete back up

I spent 17 years in China and 18 years in the states. The opinions in this book is more of speculations and purposely dramatic. If you want the feel of an Hollywood movie, maybe this is your book. But it’s not very helpful for sociology and economics studies. This is just the same negative tone to many other articles in the US. So much for promoting world peace …

Recording has a lot to be desired!!!

I love Michael Sallas books but this particular one would be better if read by a different person. The person reading the book sounds like he is reading the book in a closed bathroom! Terrible recording but excellent book. Get rid of the narrator and improve the recording and I would give a five star review.

Excellent work. A must read.

Dr. Salla is an amazing author! His ability to connect the dots is unmatched. I highly recommend this book and all the rest of them to get the full picture of the SSP

Valuable view of China's history re space program

They were late to the game but now have Intel and cash to make a serious run for world domination via weaponry and stealth.
