the first book was so good but the second half omg it was so annoying ugh stop the inner dialog writing we don't need all that in my imagination it just seems like your standing there staring and nothing said only your thoughts its provokes so much disconnection too the story your trying too tell i had too fast forward so much before getting too the story your trying too tell

The first short story by Tessa Dare is great - this author always weaves a great romance.
I couldn't finish the second story, by Christi Caldwell, as hard as I tried. It was too "idiots in love" where the author tried to build this fake tension by having the characters just stop talking during pivotal conversations for no apparent reason (except extend the story for more chapters). Having someone walk out of a room without finishing their thought with no good excuse doesn't build tension, it drives the reader to frustration. By the last 40 minutes I didn't even care if the two main characters did get together because their lack of finishing a thought was too annoying.
